Sky - new customer, exisitng box and dish!

    lol thanks for the info guys.

    the micro filter is on, but at another phone port in the room for the sky internet.

    Seems the engineer could not think of another way around it..

    perhaps he could of thought of another micro filter where the sky box is...:p

    Well if they can promise not to knock out the internet i may consider another box.

    You should've gotten 2 filters with your Sky BBand kit.

    You must have an ADSL filter on every active extension-this includes all your Sky boxes.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    I've never ever had sky before so really wasn't aware of what was required, will look in the BB box and see if there is a spare, no panic if there isn't as i have a BT BB i never used, still sealed in a box so that should have some.
