The Costa del Sol had the rainiest winter and spring on record in 2010. It was not a typical year. The reservoirs were full.
Temps in April on Costa del Sol are likely to be warm, around 24 degrees, with clear blue skies and an abundance of colourful flowers and jacaranda trees in bloom.

I concur with this .... there are regular flights to Antalya (and 2 weeks AI can cost <£600 for 2 weeks) ... been 3 times since 2009 (20-30 degrees) and 5 Star is what it does on the tin (Royal Wings Hotel @ Lara Beach is the best ... tripadvisor.co.uk)
