I have been into my local branch and called the customer services team several times, they passed me through to the promotions dept and even they had no idea. I've just been made redundant so the money would come in handy, but I would rather know either way as hoping I will get something is a little frustrating.

Ask them to raise a complaint for you. It will be then forwarded to the correct department - I don't think you can phone the team that deal with them directly.
    Best Regards

I was wondering has anyone else ever had this offer ?

Is there a catch ? am I missing something here ?

I have a Natwest current account, I dont really use it anymore, as I switched my main bank account elsewhere.

However I just received a letter from Natwest , offering me £125 cash , if ,

A; I place in the account my main income of at least £1000pm for x2 consecutive months , by 31st March 2011

    and

B; Make at least 3 purchases using my Natwest Visa Debit card in the same 2 consecutive months,

All by 31st March 2011, I then get paid the £125 by May 31st 2011

So if i do this then after i got the £125 cash credit , i stop using it again !!

Its genuine, I had this offer when i stopped using my Advantage Gold account, i paid in the money, And did what they said on the letter, They paid £125 into my account, they've also sent me recently a new Service card 250 with £250 CG (I have terrible credit, So its great to see some trust), I now use them as my full account.

Not heard a thing about my offer yet. No contact number on original letter but it did state I would hear in May asking what Gift Voucher I wanted ( My offer was a £100 High Street Gift Voucher ) and it would be sent by the end of May 2011.

I fully complied with the terms of the offer letter why can't Natwest ?

Still, not the end of May yet so who knows !

I received my £125 on 17th May. It's called "SWITCHER INCENTIVE" on my statement.

Got letter from Natwest today saying I have qualified for the voucher. They are asking which high voucher I require - tick and send it back or it can be done via redeem-online.co.uk.

    Hot off the press !!

Just received my letter today asking for my choice of High Street £100 voucher.

So, nice one Natwest. I admit I was a bit concerned, about not hearing anything, but they came up with the goods.

I hope it all goes OK for everyone else.
