Perhaps.. but who pays for the boxes? Customers do...
You can't complain that they did everything they said they would - they never said the items WOULD come in a plain box, so why expect that they will?0 -

Just watched that video and you also clearly see a widescreen TV not packaged into a plain box along with all the other smaller packaged boxes.0 -

The one in the video might not have been a Toshiba thoughHope over Fear. #VoteYes0 -

maybe they ran out of boxes or maybe it was part of a delivery that had just been received and rather than waste time repackaging it it was sent straight out
im still dont see what the problem is, ebuyer have done no wrong,0 -
it really isn't their fault and it's unrealistic to expect such a large company to assume every order is a present and MANY won't be. Also as said they won't stock all products on-site, some will go directly from the manufacturer.
Surely if it was so urgent you could have paid for next day delivery, 48 hr etc? They offer those as far as I am aware.0 -
Hi people thanks for all the replies .The way I look at it is that if one person now Emails Ebuyer.com to find out if their parcel will be plain or have the item splashed across the out side then some good has come from this Thread. Every one have a Happy Christmas and a great New year. :beer:0

Here's my favourite other moan........."I bought something for my wife's birthday on ebay and it didn't arrive within 6 hrs. I am so angry!!!!"Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why then you're as thick and stupid as the moderators on here - MSE ForumTeam0 -
I bought a Tumble Drier form Comet.
Not only did it turn up in with nothing more than a polythene wrapper (anyone could see exactly what it is), it arrived in the back of a van with COMET emblazoned all over the sides, back and bonnet.
My Christmas is ruined....0
