Why put it in a box if its already in one. Thats just gonna cost ebuyer more money.

I suggest you raise a formal complaint with them via their e-note system and you will not incur any phone charges.
For the record, did you ask them to wrap/pack in plain cover when you ordered the laptop.Know the difference between what you WANT and what you NEED. :T0 -
You do realise you werent forced to use the 0871 but could have used saynoto0870 to find an alternative number
