    Of course its ebuyers fault they should state that the item will not be in a plain box on there site. As regards does it matter it must or you would not have replied.

    How many websites do you know that state their products will not be in a plain box?

    Why put it in a box if its already in one. Thats just gonna cost ebuyer more money.

    And you always get options for what shipping you want.

    So why have you signed up here to complain about ebuyer?

    I suggest you raise a formal complaint with them via their e-note system and you will not incur any phone charges.

    For the record, did you ask them to wrap/pack in plain cover when you ordered the laptop.
    Know the difference between what you WANT and what you NEED. :T

    Do you think its OK for them to send these items out at this time of year knowing that most of them will be for Christmas. Would it not be good business practice to just put them in a plain box.

    I dont see what complaining is going to achieve, There is no shipping to refund as its free.
