    Beat my target with a December OP of £750. I've also took a month off the mortgage term with that £750. Now looking at August 2013 instead of September 2013 to complete!

    May post another update on or near 31st December, as I'm aiming for a year end mortgage balance of £20,750, so I'll need to make a further OP of a fiver or so - my OCD kicking in there...

    After my earlier December post, I have made a further £25.00 OP and a £3.81 OP yesterday that cleared today against a year end mortgage objective of £20,725.00 which I hit to the penny - ie the OCD OP of £3.81.

    Please would you check the spreadsheet to see if your figures are lisated correctly on there. It shows payments for year to date of £12k against a target of £20k but your signature seems to indicate that £12k was your target. :undecided
