God we are strange minded people aren't we????

Lame Wolf....if I see your broomstick anywhere will return it, but I came home early and sober from hen night, don't think I brought it with you....so I missed a stripper did I....what kind of behaviour is that.

It has been thawing all day here and I live in hope of seeing the driveway again this side of Christmas, some of the roads are still slippy enough.

Made some mince pies to-day and enough pastry for more to-morrow, I didn't put enough mince in the ones to-day so will increase it to-morrow.

Dinner was the last of my frozen Dingle pollock, we had it with cabbage and wedges...lovely.

Hugs to all who are not well, stay warm

NPM-I hope you have all had the best day ever!!!:smileyhea
Well it took me over 2 hours to get to work today, and they sent me home at 3.30 instead of 7.30! As I drove the freezing fog was going over the motorway, so not truly believing the big thaw theory, we will see! The roads are still awful, and back at work at 7am, so up before 5am again, and am not a morning person at all!

Thought I would share this with you - yesterday a (male) family friend who seems to have taken DD and I under his wing called to see if I was ok and as he was going to the shops, did I need anything? I made a coffee and we sat either end of the big settee just chatting. I had my legs curled under me and felt a 'lump' in the leg of my fleece pj bottoms that I wear around the house. I investigated the 'lump' and pulled out the pants that I had on the night before!!! Cue one very embarrassed Camelot!

I once walked down to the bus station with a lad I worked with only for him to tell me that I had a leg walking behind me, t'was leg from the tights I had worn the day before under my trousers making a repeat peformance :rotfl:everyone has done that, yes???

Have found out tonight that the extra on our early xmas is not now an extra, she has chucked DSS2, sooooo I have extra pressie now, think it will be ok to give as an extra to DSD luckily the ex gf is of same size as DSD!

I had a quiet moment at 4 for NPM, phone went and I ignored it, was asked are you on strike then? nope, I said I am having a quiet moment for a cyber friend who is getting married at this moment....silence......dunno what they thought, and don't really care....I work with someone who thinks the internet is the devil, she is amazed if I order stuff, thinks the internet steals your soul lol

Fell over twice on the way home from work, am a bit achy and feeling stiff

    cyas all tomorrow xxx

Hmmm seems funny sometimes but she spouts all this stuff against the internet... think she may be a good friend of Carol Vorderman lol.
I can remember when Carol said.....only a certain type of person uses the internet to make friends....yep thats me:D

I did ask her how she thought my parents would cope without the internet (both in bad health, do all shopping, food and otherwise on internet) she said, someone would help them......not convinced!!!!!!!

I also say, well if it wasn't for the internet I wouldn't have met my OH, she seems to think I would have met him anyway! dunno how! bless her, she is a child of the dark ages lol makes for a lot of fun at work sometimes......although today I was trying to convice them that I had seen snow before I moved up here! sometimes.............
