NPM, Mr NPM and Noah - hope you've all had a wonderful day :A

I went to the most boring conference today :( we are having social work students come on placements at my charity and it was all about that, but half of the day was not relevant to us so was very boring. We had a nice free lunch though :rotfl:

I will be MIA tomorrow. We have a staff training day, followed by Christmas Do #1 . It's in Cardiff in a swanky hotel. We have transport arranged there and back. I'm wearing a posh frock, and quite looking forward to the night (the day will be boring :rotfl:).

OS wise - WM is on at moment with 2 snowmen costumes from work and the work tea towels! DW will go on after dinner. I need to put away the pile of laundry before it falls over and blocks my exit to the bedroom  :rotfl:. I'm having stir-fry for tea.

I bumped into my cute rugby player neighbour in the car park when I came home. He is a huge strapping man from Nigeria, he plays for the local league side (not the team I support though). I've seen him once or twice in car park but today we made small talk ;):D

Have a great evening (and Friday) all

    Evening Everyone,

Hoping you are all keeping safe, warm and well, there is a thaw going on here, slowly but surely and I hope it lasts. School was open and all but one member of staff were in but still lots of children missing, hopefully not in the snow. Roads were not too bad but the pavements are treacherous.

Been for a haircut, just a strim but it feels better. HM soup for tea but I did treat myself to chips and curry sauce for lunch (yum).

Thought I would share this with you - yesterday a (male) family friend who seems to have taken DD and I under his wing called to see if I was ok and as he was going to the shops, did I need anything? I made a coffee and we sat either end of the big settee just chatting. I had my legs curled under me and felt a 'lump' in the leg of my fleece pj bottoms that I wear around the house. I investigated the 'lump' and pulled out the pants that I had on the night before!!! Cue one very embarrassed Camelot!

Hope NPM is having a fantastic time with all that fabby music, and I am sure they will have a wonderful life together.

Enjoy your night Flutterby and keep up the small talk!

    Take care. XX

I hope that NPM has had a wonderful day x

Came home tonight to find that one of the freezers has broken down  Luckily not the one with meat in but it does have all DDs quorn stuff, veggies, bread, lollies and gateaux etc so it looks like a trip to comet to get a new freezer and back to the freezer place to fill it. Could have done without the expense this close to Christmas:(

Well I am off to finish watching Kirsty then in my jammies and a bit of knitting before bed
    Sleep well all x
