I have found that if do 1 or 2 you'll not get a third done. However if you have multiple accounts you find that you can transfer instantaneously funds to one of your other Halifax (or BOS) and they let you do a couple more for each additional account. This hasn't worked every time though. :shrug:I think you are probably right about the £1k limit, the question is how many £1k will they let you do in one day with FP0 -
I have been trying all morning to make a FP from my Halifax current without success.
I`ve tried various amounts from £1k to £10k to no avail.
The most annoying thing is it keeps saying you can send it by BACs BUT not until tomorrow
hence a FOUR day transfer instead of three.
Surely if it wont do a FP today it should do a BACs today!
As usual the money grubbers that got the country in a mess are still taking the p*ss out of their customers.0 -
there must be a bug somewhere. I made a Halifax 1K FP this morning and was accepted, just checked recipient and it got through ok.0

No. Account usually accessable around 24 hours after opening. I've done transfers to a pending account and they've shown up next day.0 -
I`ve given up on the FP after trying all day,it`ll have to go by BACS tomorrow.
Another thing is, on the Halifax site there`s absolutely no info about what the limit is and how often.
Their FAQ makes no mention of what the MOST FAQ would be

They advertise 24/7 FP but can`t deliver.0
