Read the 1000's other threads on similar topics and ignore them. You've asked for advice, you've been given it...now follow it!

Where did you read that rubbish? It's codswallop! :rotfl::rotfl:

You CAN ignore them, you MUST ignore them. It's not difficult, I have done it, as have others on here!

Watchdog says ignore and make any private parking ticket into a paper aeroplane.

Guardian Letters says you are better off ignoring.

I think that advice is clear enough.

I have edited my post above to give you links now to Watchdog and Guardian Letters with their advice on private parking tickets ISSUED IN THE UK.

Click on the blue links above and show your old Dad, surely he will believe Anne Robinson and a Solicitor?!

Then click on this link to the whole board of similar threads, just like yours, all ignoring a fake ticket:

Read them instead of some irrelevant book, you have given us all a laugh though!:D

    You do that.

There will be NO 'solicitors and bailiffs and court costs'. Guess what, their letters lie to you.
