girlfriend removed me from electoral roll

hi
i moved into my girlfriends (soon ex) 4 years ago and registered on the elec roll.I worked from march to novmber in germany then come back in off season, she took me off the electoral roll without my knowledge so she saves council tax benefits...bad for me!

My question is can i rectify this deletion from elec roll as i paid her montly rent to help her and all my belongings were there, plus it was my main address.
Did she do this with a fraudulent manner?
thanks.

I assume that she removed your name to get the single persons discount from council tax?

Are you seeking revenge or suffrage? I suspect the former.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

Yes but i was helping her save her house from being repossessed and i was only working away in the season and now my address history is ruined all because of her.
But as long as she gets her discount eh?

Neither ,i am leaving her due to her actions,it's like i was just the donor. She even told the council that i am a lodger and not her boyfriend sending her back hundreds a month.

    Maybe i should tell them.

If your GF has been committing benefit fraud then I think you should certainly tell the authorities about this.

It sounds like from her point of view, your moving to work in Germany meant you two moving on...

She would have received a letter from the Electoral Officer asking her AT THAT TIME to put down who was living there. You weren't living there.
