Phil, Kirsty and Beeny should be burnt at the stake for the crime of actively encouraging HPI.0

What to do with Kirstie & Phil ?
I like them. Its a shame a load of stupid people take their words as gospel though.

What should be done with these 2 characters from the past ?
I'm sure they will be OK.
I'm also sure that they might be slightly 'freaked out' by the continued obsession some people seem to have with them and the entertainment programs they used to host.'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -
Ban Phil N Kirsty with their property ramping and estuary English, talk of pwofessionals, power showers and pied te terres.
Lets have more of intermittently pregnant Beeny Big Baps...i think she would be good doing cookery or similar,
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0 -

I agree. They're just part of a long running tradition of double acts and, obviously, theirs works best in the context of a recorded and heavily edited show.
Some people should lighten-up. It's entertainment, folks.
I'll say that again: it's not serious, just some people on TV.....You don't need to watch it, or believe in it.

Remove the two of them from TV. Property !!!!!! is finished for the foreseeable future.
Then again no doubt channel 4 have lined up Location Location location Revisted to come on to our screens soon.
I'd like to see them hosting 'The good old days'.

Phil "This is a highly desirable residence in an up and coming area"
Krusty "Oh no it isn't"....."An arrogant and self-righteous Guardian reading tvv@t".
!!!!!! is all that about?0 -

Another pet hate of mine are the raft of repeats of programmes like Home in the Sun, which are often as old as 2005 and 2006?
What's the point of showing something that no longer reflects the current situation e.g. exchange rates, recession etc?0 -

Quite interesting though.
There was a location from the first series on the other day, I think More4 has it on rinse and repeat.
Anyway, 4 bed detached, not too far from London, £110k. Was just so weird watching a couple suggest it's too expensive, it's gonna hurt their finances. She didn't work, but did volunteer. So it was hardly that difficult for them.
They did buy it in the end. No doubt now it's worth £350k to the local friendly estate agent and they will not drop a single penny and have forgotten everything they said about struggling and have replaced that with "well thats life sonny jim, quit whinging, work more....we had it hard y'know, we had to think about BOTH of us working, I mean, how awful.".0
