Sorry, you didn't win the challenge, you made a really good effort and I hope you gained a lot from all the hard work you put in.
Mine is dibbling in slowly, but ebay seems to be going well at the moment.
thanks, I did enjoy doing the blog and it has made me think about doing my own, a moneysaving/cookery blog.0 -
I'm back - again!
Really fallen off the bandwagon and have started to eat into my house deposit fund which is not good!!
Anyway, i'm hopefully moving (another private let) but the Landlord will be my aunts friend. No letting agent to deal with and its a better house albeit it is a lower villa. Council tax will be band A and rent is £30 a month cheaper. So i'm immedietly £55 a month better off.
Car is now paid off. Most of the LO's Christmas presents have been bought which is good.
£52.81 on my Asda gift card and around £40 of Tesco vouchers. Will keep adding to this and hopefully Decembers food shopping will be covered.
Im clearing out the house on the premise that I am moving and trying to sell stuff before I throw it out. Someone is hopefully coming to pick up some kids toys on Wednesday so pennies in the house moving fund.0 -

I've now broken the £4k target I set at the beggining of the year and I might even break £5k before the years over... Ok so not £11k but what the hell it's better than I was expecting.
Unfortunately I think I'm going to have to break the promise I made to myself last year about not putting Christmas on the credit card. I had to get a new cam belt fitted yesterday and that's just ablout wiped out my Christmas fund. I've also had some news which has made me feel like I should make Christmas a big one this year. Oh well if I do spend a little on my card I'll just have to work extra hard next year to clear it!
Oh and I'm very impressed that I'm currently averaging £10 from Valued Oppinions per monthUntil a couple of months ago I'd never had so much as a pennie out of them!

Seems I have managed to save myself another £160 a month. Will have to add this to my total each month. Either way I got my cashback of £30 so my total extra cash so far this year is £2107.66Debt at worst: £33000 (Feb 2011). Present debt: £25610 (Apr 2012)
Lloyds old (22.4%) = 560 (Dec 2012)0 -
