  • Time for my update on progress during September. Receipts have been:

    Surveys £29
    Tesco voucher £10
    betting bonuses £62.79
    car boot sale £31.74
    Amazon £74.19
    ebay £20
    football £140

    A total of £367.72

Would have been higher if a couple of ebay purchasers had paid for their items.
    2011: £2697.99/£5500.
    2012: £3295.75/£12000
2012 Comp wins: gig tickets, wallchart, charity comedy gala tickets, shopping vouchers

I only managed to get up to 48 items listed on ebay (out of my 100 challenge), but have made £112, so not toooo bad.

Also added mobile phone cashback, mystery shopping and cash saved, to add £200 in total for Sept.

Have listed more on ebay this weekend, but really need to start on the bingo/matched betting - just seems too complicated to get started.
  • Hi everyone, I haven't been on for a while as I had an operation on my hand for Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. Back now though and will update my totals with the following :

    £10 win on the Lottery
£5 Daily Mail Pizza Express voucher
£0.99 Free Encona Pepper Sauce bottle with the Daily Express
£770 funding for an OU course working towards a Degree
£10 - found in the park
£160 Energy savings for Sep and Oct

Unfortunately we didn't win the Nectar Savvy Family comp :(

Glad you seem to be on the mend, know how it feels to be out of action as I broke my wrist 3 weeks ago, but not nearly as painful as yours.

Sorry, you didn't win the challenge, you made a really good effort and I hope you gained a lot from all the hard work you put in.

Mine is dibbling in slowly, but ebay seems to be going well at the moment.

Oh elly sorry to hear that hun :(

I have been thinking about going full time too, but when I worked out what the tax man would take and higher NI, plus no time to do housework and ironing etc, dd appointments, food shopping, etc. I really couldn't be doing everything at the weekend. So that's my excuse!

i know trying hard actually got a call yesterday seems someone was off sick and noone got in touch to tell me so will find out monday will mean a lot of running around but think it will be worth it :Ti've been trying to fly lady the housework to get into routine for it and its working apart from everything ends up in my bedroom lol,but if i do this i get to try it short term instead of changing to a fulltime job if you see what i mean ,hope your'e well elly:D

its ok Elly hey ho and all that. It may sound like sour grapes but right from the start I thought that family would win. A little bit of favouritism was going on me thinks. My posts never got posted the day I sent them but theirs always did. like I said sounds like sour grapes.
