Been a proactive few days this weekend. Have applied for Polling Clerk work for the May elections. Won about £20's worth of rewriting work on freelancer.com, sold about £35 of stuff to musicmagpie, including cashback, and was finally able to get my sig off 0 after £5 came through from a survey site.

Will give the mini challenge a think and come back to you after work.

Here's to a prosperous week!
    DFW - DEBT FREEEEEE!

    Total - 10762/10762 :)

Every silver lining has its cloud.
  • two steps forward , one step back ;)

:(:(:( hubbys van brokedown on his way to work this morning - exhaust rotted through and dropped off in the road :mad
so wasted fuel, getting 30 miles from home , used loads of fuel driving it back to garage with half an exhaust and now a repair bill and a day off work !!
:D:D:D thank you to everyone on this thread for all the encouragement and ideas , because without you all I would not have banked over £1k to pay for the aforementioned repairs with :T
Started my own business and loving being my own boss

Thanks for sorting out the mini challenge elly!
Will have a think about this during the day.
Moonpixiewitch - how fantastic that you don't have to scrabble and worry about where the repair money is going to come from. woohoo.
SSN how about finding some motivation to be kind to yourself and allow yourself some "off" days. If you have no motivation but beating yourself up for doing nothing then maybe look at all the things you want to do and choose just one small step that you can do easily and in 10 or 15 minutes max and succeed at it. make that your challenge for the day measure your success by the step you did take and not by everything else you could possibly have done but didn't.

Hi Elly, all good here except for the mess!lol. may have to start flylady again. may incorporate that in my challenge as I think mess drains my energy a lot. Hard here as we home educate and do a lot of mess generating stuff during the day and not always easy to just put stuff away as may be ongoing but then if it gets too much I become overwhelmed and can't face sorting it out. need to work on this.
doesn't directly impact moneymaking but does on my energy levels.
