Good Morning Everyone!
Sorry to hear you've not been well Elly, hope you're feeling much much better soon.
Just a quick sig update really to reflect £150 into my savings account. I finally got around to putting my coin on ebay and I'm chuffed to bits that it's got a bid for £280! Another 8 days on at the mo but am already very happy with that amount so will look forward to popping that straight in the pot
Wishing you all a very productive week money-wise.. Best of luck as always Xx0 -
Morning all, another £100 to add to the pot here, thats not in my tin though, thats gone straight into matchbetting, i know its not alot to start but every little helps, so i now have the OH doing matchbetting to try and get this total moving some more. Havent managed to get anything on ebay yet, may have to keep that till next time as im not feeling overly great, and for some reason kids make the day your ill to be loud and hard work.
Hope everyone else is having a good day?back to comping in 2017, fingers crossed :beer:0 -
well done jo did nixi get you to become an avon lady lolhaha. I will not be an avon lady. I know my strengths and weaknesses and it would make me unhappy but thats not avons fault.lol. no this was easy money. part from dh's instrumental tuition and part from a work payment I didn't know I was entitled to.yay!
less frugally - dh had a health scare of his own a week or so ago and is now sorting out his lifestyle which appears to be leading to the purchase of lots of expensive tuna steaks etc still not complaining he does need to be healthier and so so I .so if this way works for him we will have to find a way to afford it. maybe some of the stuff he gives up will compensate and it will all work out.
Jo x
Last thing I was expecting was to see my name mentioned lol!! :T
I will be after you next Elly, as soon as you are well lol!!! Guess you saw me on Facebook trying to recruit Kath!! I. Just couldn't help myself lol! It was funny though trying!!
Jo, don't worry I wont come for you! Health scare of OHs doesn't sound good, but if it get you both to be healthier then I suppose in the long run it is a good thing.... Hope you are both ok. XxLife is a work in progress0 -
I've broken the £21 on Onepoll! I'm really trying to get back into it but it is a vv slow process
I don't check it enough though I don't think but I just need to get up to the payout level!
done another review this morning though so fingers crossed it gets some good rates! Want to find 2 more things I caan write about this afternoon!0 -
Well I have sold a set of books ( collected and paid for this morning) and my son's suit that he grew out of before he could wear it
, on the local for sale site on facebook so that is another £31 for the pot. Someone is interested in the printer but can't pay until weds so will wait and see before adding that in. It was so simple to advertise on there and no fees or posting as buyer collects :T Going to try a few more things on there now.
On the downside someone still hasn't paid for their ebay item from last sunday so had to open case against them. :mad:0 -
Hello!
I've only just seen this thread and think it's fab! I'm going to have a go too, although as I'm starting nearly two months late, I'm going to aim for £9000.
I've already started on Ebay, I have two items listed which i bought for £11 each and are now up to £15! So a small profit there. I have been really inspired by some of your ideas, although i haven't quite manahed to read through all 144 pages yet! I'm also in the process of clearing out the attic and am going to do a car boot sale with anything sellable when I'm eventually done.0 -
Don't worry that you're 2 months late Rubia, you can still do pretty well
Hope you're okay Elly.
I went to sainsburies today and used a pack and scan machine and almost forgot a fiver! I had to go find someone to ask for it back so I'm gonna put that straight into my savings because I wouldn't have it if the nice lady who used the machine after me hadn't handed it in0 -
