I know you wouldn't have been in hosp again if things weren't bad so hoping you have pain under control now. must be frustrating and boring but glad you have your family business on the go!lol.
On the money side of things we are £120 up this weekend.

haha. I will not be an avon lady. I know my strengths and weaknesses and it would make me unhappy but thats not avons fault.lol. no this was easy money. part from dh's instrumental tuition and part from a work payment I didn't know I was entitled to.yay!
less frugally - dh had a health scare of his own a week or so ago and is now sorting out his lifestyle which appears to be leading to the purchase of lots of expensive tuna steaks etc still not complaining he does need to be healthier and so so I .so if this way works for him we will have to find a way to afford it. maybe some of the stuff he gives up will compensate and it will all work out.

    Hi all,

Elly Sorry to hear you have been in hospital, hope you are soon back to full health but please take it easy and rest.

Jo hope you are well and your OH is ok. Eating healthy is great but unfortunately it does cost more.

Well done everyone on the money making front. I haven't worked out my total yet but am quite pleased with my progress.

hi ladies, Elly sorry to hear you've been back in hospital hope everything under control(havent had time to read back much) Jo glad to see you've had a good weekend so far, not so good about o/h tho'. and Rosie great to see your total rattling up.
this week has been really busy between "real work" and this however picked up another order for a wedding cake. big savings this week too, sis went to local chicken factory and got boxes of chicken fillets working out at 75p each for great big ones and whole stuffed chickens for £1.50, guess what we'll be living on this week! am considering going down to the harbour to see if i can buy fish straight from the boats, brother used to go out on fishing trips and catch loads of mackerel and sell them to the local chinese restaurants so would be great if could get some straight from the boats- will maybe try that when weather is better - another way to make money or get the DS making some! off to have a wee drink - think i deserve it today!

Well worked it out made £71.12 on Ebay and more ending tomorrow, £11.50 in Tesco vouchers and £20 redeemed in surveys, got a food survey on way which will pay me another £15 in vouchers and nearly at £50 on DY. So a measly sum of £102.62 another £15 coming and working hard on the £50.
Already doing VO, OP, IPSOS, TL and DY any other ideas? Have tried free bingo but I just don't win a thing.

  • Hope your OK and resting elly.
I am up to £7.15 on music magpie - more for clearing the junk than the money, but going to see what else I can find.
I listed some books on amazon, so hoping for a sale or 2 there.
Made £73.50 in extra job so far this week, might be working on it tomorrow, dont know yet though.
Have some items to list on ebay, not much but I WILL get round to doing it!
  • OK, got my musicmagpie to 8.35.
Just checked my old greasypalm cashback account - got payment of £26 due this week - silly me didnt update my bank details so think thats why I never received it (they used to pay by cheque back in 2007 when I last got money from them).
Every little helps towards that total!

    hi all,

Just updating my signature, managed to bank an extra £100 in last few days (ebay/tips/o/time and walking to work not bus!!!) My wages weren't ready fri to collect so will pick up mon, about another £60 in overtime to be added (lots of extra hours last week!) So that will put me very close to £500.
