Not had too bad a day today, won £5 on Sing Bingo so my total there now is £25.03, overall total is £57.03.

Got a bid on one of my ebay auctions only 99p but still a few hours to go.

Did another survey for £1.20 and thats it.

Still working on my new business, should start to see some money back from that by the mid/end feb.
    Sell £1000 in 2016 - £12.48/£1000
    Earn £2016 in 2016 - £0.00/£1000

well done nikki your focus is fantastic needing to start doing the same ,waiting for the nurse bank to get back to me with an induction plan.,so hopefully start making in roads into my cc then we have formulated a sort of plan for tackling our remaining debt while still having a life if you know what i mean.
oh jo means we get to caravan more often than we would otherwise afford .there is a nursing home round here looking for a nurse to cover shifts but they tend to phone on your normal working days at 6 asking you to work ,so hoping nurse bank comes up with a plan .
we built a trellis fence last night a bit hard graft and £100 as oh had wood lying about so hopefully houdini aka poppy will no longer escape and on my days off she can spend the day out the back where she likes it . feels good though we were quoted 300 for it so pleased oh is handy makes you realise why you cook for them lol

I managed to get a fair bit on ebay last night and i already have a mass of bids and watchers so i am very pleased indeed! Ive still got loads to put on today when OH gets back from work. We had our mortgage statement yesterday and it was better than we thought so all being well with this challenge and getting on a lower rate (stuck on a high % fixed rate )when we remortgage in may we will be house hunting soon :T

My aim for today is to make a 2 week meal plan and get 2 weeks food shopping in or £50 or less...

  • Hi guys,

Just submitted my mystery shops for yesterday, should get £13 altogether which is good. Got another one on thursday after work, its a meal so me and OH will use it as date night and will effectively get the date for nothing. We are looking forward to it, we haven't had a date night out for ages lol

As it's the end of Jan I've just been thinking about my totals so far and it's not lookin great this month - bit of a slow start!

The good news is I have found a second part time job so up to 20 hrs pw work, which is nice!

Pay - £77 (was some missing so that will be a nice bonus next month I suppose!)
Valued Op - £10 Amazon vouchers paid out and up to £6.50 again already - not sure whether to count this
Mystery shopping (I'm new to this) - £15 + freebies
Webanswers - £20 (no payout yet so I might wait until I reach it - I'm quite pleased with this for the amount of work I put in!)
    Amazon sales - £20

So, grand total of £105 actually paid to me! And £46.50 + owed pay due... think I need to step it up a little in Feb! The extra hours should help, and a few other ideas I have to get started...

I'm enjoying this thread, even though I don't post much - you all seem so friendly and encouraging to each other!

oh, and OnePoll is sitting at just under £20... it's taking ages!
