Another review and a few tiny surveys done today but still nothing to add properly to the pot
I feel slightly stuck on my £45 and I'm jealous/in awe of those who are on nearly £1000 allready!
Anyways like I've mentioned before, there is stuff in the pipeline, i just haven't got it yet!0 -
hi ev1 well ds woke up at 5 i couldnt get back to sleep after sending him back to be so heres a very early post .welcome to all the newbies and good luck. i got a letter from nurse bank saying i must put in for holidays to claim any money i have left dont think there wil be but i will put in for it anyway.going to help my sister sort out her house today and i'm going to list on ebay 7 items ,think the fees are a bit much but my ratings are up ,think if they just made it free listing i would use it more .away to bid on some local bargains and join betfair .catch you all later.
i also sent away a letter to ombusman re bank so if we get anything back will add it going to do some bank shifts for spending money in amsterdamSo finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x0 -
Morning all! fab to see so many dribblers  and others doing this challenge. I haven't been around much as have been on the Avon thread as that is how I am trying to make my money. Seriously it can be done, which amazes me, though I have got a while till I can make over £11k in just 3 weeks like a very small few do!!!! If anyone wants to know how and please pm me as my enthusiasm could make for a long post !!
also I know others have their cash jars but I discovered that lloyds have a similar scheme which you can set up on your online banking. You can nominate an account to send up all your spare change from any debit card spend...so it will automatically round up any purchases sending the difference to your, in my case, savings account. Eg 1. 80 spend would mean 20p added to savings!! Not a lot but all adds up, and in addition I am now trying round down my accounts to round 'nice' numbers too ..... So when I log and it is a balance of £159, as long as I know it won't cause truble I put the £9 into my savings account. My online equivalent of your cash jars!!
Anyway better get up now and get the kids to schoolnso I can chase my up liner for extra territory! Also need to, after this thread has reminded me, sort out my shares ..... Never told them when we moved two years ago so got dividends building up somewhere.
Good day all!!Life is a work in progress0 -
Oo, got a bank charge in decembere for something like £60 for unauthorised overdraft, anyone know if I should be able to claim it back? I know there is info around but to be honest it confuses me and don't want to waste my time if I don't qualify. Thank you!Life is a work in progress0
