Could you explain to me how toluna works, I've looked at it a few times but I don't know much about it so I don't know if it's worth joining or not. Thanks

Sorry only just seen this now I only joined a few days ago and I've got 29 000 points so far. I believe its 80 000 points for a £15 voucher I may be wrong.

The way I have started is by filling all my interest surveys which gave me 300 points per one and there not very long and also when you click home on the left hand side of the page there are opinion polls and short survey normally between 40 -60 points per one. Then most of the time once I have answered these it will take me to a survey to complete for X amount of points.

The only bad thing for me is I seem to get screened out for alot of the surveys after 5 minutes in which is very frustrating saying that im already a third of the way in just a few days xx

Jak- Good luck on the interview. I learned the STAR method of answering 'imagine if' interview questions and landed my first real job at 22k.

Today a nice bloke popped by mine and bought my amp for £60 - KERCHING!

Also put a gift card (I got for complaining about poor service at pizza hut) onto ebay and it's almost at the total bid someone intelligent would pay. Have around 60 watchers for my other items so expect big things come next week!

    Good luck everyone:beer:

  • Just checked and Im near a £5 amazon voucher payout on sw!gbucks if anyone would like a referal please ask not alot in it but if you seach with them few times a day it all adds up x:j
  • rictus - well done you're doing brilliantly so far! Kepp it up pal.

Jak - good luck for the part time job!

Well done to all who are selling successfully on eBay. My stuff hasn't had a single bidder, gutted. At least it was free to list. Back to the drawing board on that one.

My Toluna points are racking up but I am getting so bored of doing surveys!

Topcashback is a nice little earner, I check everyday for new 'free' cashback offers. There have been at least 2 this week at about £1.20 so fingers crossed it will continue  . Seems like peanuts, but over the course of a year I'm sure it will mount up with my other earnings.

Oh well back to the grindstone.

I hate eBay too, feel a bit like i'm missing an opportunity but really can't bring myself to try it. Hope your daughter feels better soon, that sounds really painful, poor thing :( Well done for still finding the motivation to sign up for mystery shopping! I think i'd have been trying to escape back to bed! x
    Just £10,852.28p to go...

    :D

    Trust that little voice in your head that says "Wouldn't it be interesting if...";
    And then do it.
  • hello!

I back from the car boot sale, just about defrosted,it was so cold! the stuff we put out froze over in a matter of minutes! we cleared a lot of junk out the way but my OH was literally giving stuff away. we made a modest £36,usually get almost £80ish,not bad given it was cold and there wasnt many pitchers there and we only had random odds and ends. our sealed pot got opened as we had no change so were starting again on that one!

got a few bids on ebay and my GHD's have been listed...i hardly use them and they are like new so i thought they could go too.

back to ebay now to list more stuff!
    ;)
