firstly im sorry if this is in the wrong place but ive spent ages looking for a suitable place to put this and i cant find where it really fits.... so if anyone wants to move it feel free...
I just wanted to say how happy i am with a hamper i bought from Lewis and Cooper last week.
i was looking to get a hamper for my granparents for christmas, and thought M&S would probably be the best place to go. I looked at the different hamper selections they had, and with a budget of about £40-50, i could see that even for that you hardly get much. i checked John Lewis and another place, but they didnt seem to give you much for the money.
I looked on the interent at different companies and came across Lewis & Cooper. They had a massive range of hampers, but i also saw that you could make up your own, so you can just pick whatever you want.
i just wanted to urge anyone whos thinking of buying a hamper this year, to take a look at their site.
Altogether i spent £45.11, and got loads for that. I ordered it on thursday and it was delivered on Monday, all packaged up in a huge box full of padding, and then inside that was a really smart box, with red ribbon and beautiful filling inside, along with all the things id ordered. they had even hand-written the message i entered on the website, i thought this would have just been typed onto a label on the box, but it was written onto a printed L&C tag, and stuck onto the tissue paper inside the box.
I am so happy with it, and actually quite suprised how nice it really is. So much detail has gone into how its all been arranged and packed, and the handwritten note was really nice. All the products are in nice boxs and jars, really smart and professional. I cant wait to give it to my grandma and grandad at christmas.

A briliant post,thank you !!
I know what you mean, the ready prepared hampers, you don't get much for your money and there's always things in it you know they won't like etc.
What a super idea being able to choose your own.0 -

oooh ok i will take a picture in a minute and post it here...if i can work out how to do it correctly!
it really is a lovely present for someone, especially like my grandparents who seem to have everything twice over....
i sent them an email too just to say thanks, i think sometimes its so easy to complain about things, that we forget to thank those that do good.
pics to follow...fingers crossed
