That's a really lovely response, laura-lou. Thanks. You are quite right about people being quicker to complain than say thanks, so we really appreciate your kind words – and those of others who have posted so positively here. We look forward to welcoming you all online soon.

such a pity you cant get delivery to northern ireland
:beer:0 -
We can deliver to Northern Ireland, but because we always use next day delivery to ensure fresh foods get to their destination in tip-top condition, and because our courier will only air freight to NI for next day delivery, we have to make a surcharge. Sorry.
We will review our delivery costs and procedures in the New Year...0 -
Thank you for this tip! I just ordered a hamper - my first non-DIY one - and judging from your pictures it will be well worth it. I'm really pleased with their range of foods and how easy it was to make a hamper with a nice range of foods for my in-laws. I got some cheese, chutneys, oatcakes, mince pies, gingerbread biscuits, wine and beer, and all for cheaper than the hampers I liked at M&S (which had much less in them!).0

yeah they have a massive choice, and you get full sized products, not miniatures, unlike some companies. i had mine put in a box, not a basket, but i must say even the box is really good quality. i was hoping it wouldnt look to "cheap" and it really doesnt, so im really happy, and glad i could help out with others looking to get something similiar.... maybe i will get some commission??
