oh and some more potentially good news, the upstairs neighbour told Mr LT today that they have booked an appointment for either the work to be done on the guttering or for them to come and quote. He's not the best spy i have to admit but he thinks it's a date for the repairs. Obviously we've been strung along like this before so we'll believe it when we see it, but if it does happen then we'll be having a new guttering party! lol0

Dragon don't you worry i'll get the letters sorted, i'm tempted to wait until they've done the guttering before i send out the porch one, but then is that just me being a cowardy custard?0 -

Hmm not cowardly if the guttering is done then you don't need a letter for that - so all you are doing is saving resources (ie printer ink and paper

ah but i'm worried that if i push about the porch they'll decide against the guttering so i am a big cowardy custard. But i can at least sort out the broadband and phone this weekend0

You need to hold off on the letter until the guttering is done otherwise you need a different letter - so still not cowardly! Good luck with the broadband etcDo not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
