well the brakes have been put on, apparently the solicitor likes to send documents out in silly orders so after getting our hopes up with contracts and title deeds to sign we've now got a huge package of questions to answer for our buyer. we apparently won't exchange for at least another two weeks but it could be more :( this kind of brings completion into the week or so when it's really hard for me to get time off work :(

Nora that's handy to know about BHF, we know that the vendors are leaving some stuff in our new house that OH accepted as we felt we couldn't do otherwise but which i don't truly want/need.

not sure you're allowed to get them all in the same room and threaten them with an offensive weapon :( i'll just have to think of it as giving us more time to get packed.

Have a look at the companies I sent you details about, it might not raise much but better than nothing and will get the stuff you don't need out from under your feet. I'll need to weigh the bags we have. Ours doesn't collect so have to time it when we're near a recycling branch.
