well LT how did it go? Anyword yet from the Estate Agent? I do hope you get it sorted soon, if it's a rental does that mean the whole process moves quicker than someone who wants to live in the house?
Thinking off you.

Morning Lemon
That sounds positive. Hope you find out soon what she is going to do. Getting cooler now isn't it!"You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream"

hi all, survived a week with the outlaws - just.

we eventually got feedback for the flat and apparently she couldn't find fault with it but it didn't feel like it was for her, i guess we just have to keep on going and hope for some more viewings. it's a shame as we now know that the house we like is having an open day next weekend. I'm thinking of going and sneaking in a pan of boiled cabbage to put any potential buyers off lol0 -
so nothing wrong with the flat, but it isn't right .... where is the confused smiley when you need it!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Money update....
Payday for OH yesterday, finances sorted out today, my payday on Monday.
Payment to Mad Mavis of £250 brings that debt to £4,400
payment to savings £300 bringing the 8% savings to £3,000 (towards Mavis)
therefore additional savings towards Mavis - £450 (not included in the net debt total below)
Credit card to be paid in full £711 of which £175 was christmas pressy's which i've already got the money for.
net debt down to £1615 ta da! could just do a happy dance seeing that number!
this is getting really close now, just need to know how i'm going to use my 8% savings money, i've probably said this but the options are:
mad Mavis
house deposit/legal costs etc
medical operation
car deposit
this is probably the order in which i priorities the options except for the top two, if the house comes first then that's where the money will go.0 -
Hi Lemon you are an absolute inspiration. Hope house sale happens quickly for you.x0

thanks BTD, keep your fingers crossed about the house but i'm not sure about the inspiration bit, i'm just plodding along.0
