So out of two contracts only one was 100% clean as the other was a faulty phone so a 50% success rate ???
I bet you were relieved to get it exchanged :rotfl:
Well the phone (nokia) came and was fine - my bro was using it fine. Two weeks later it got some keys not working and screen went fuzzy on one side. So I was relieved that it could be returned for an exchange within 30 days. The new one arrived and I guess it was not brand new (its got all the screen stickers on) and that is working fine (even though I have re-flashed the new one myself nowto get latest firmware on it)
3 contracts with them and one out of three phones went faulty and exchanged. That is fair I think - had I been out of the 30 days limit, I might have been a bit peeved.0 -

The screen down one side was the problem with the Nokia we sent back and we all know what a nightmare that turned out to be

I think you would have been more than peeved if it had not been lucky enough to fall within 30 days as you would have had no chance with their CS :rotfl:
Good job you are savvy enough to be able to flash phones and stuff ...well done. It's not just about the money0 -
I see the "mobiles.co.uk rep"'s posts (and all others regarding it) have now been removed.
Makes you wonder about them!0 -

He seemed legit, and his reply was in line with the replies from mobiles.co.uk themselves, iam sure any randoms couldnt do anything with just the order number anyway.
I sent everything back to them on tuesday and have had confirmation from royal mail but nothing from mobiles.co.uk yet that it was delivered yesterday, ive now got a upgrade direct from orange for 20 a month 800 mins but less texts (which i dont use much) and a samsung wave the phone i acutally wanted for 20 a month (was paying 35 a month before on racoon 35 an the contract from mobiles was 35 a month), over two years that save 360pounds and bought a xbox with kinet from argos for 250 with halo reach,0
