Promised cashback not forthcoming - what can I do?

There is no such thing as "guaranteed" cashback. LBA is included in my guide as previously recommended for reading by anyone contemplating any cashback contract - that alone foolhardy enough to enter into one without proper research.

I am using this organisation; I knew it was high risk and that I needed to follow all the groundrules from day one (if I hadn't I'd have been denied all my cashback before the contract even started). Since taking the obvious and appropriate action (again already recommended above) things have been ok (not uncommon when a dealer realises you won't be messed around and don't take prisoners). I won't lose any sleep over them going bust; whilst that is always a risk with an outfit such as this I haven't detected any real signs that such an event is imminent. Besides, once you're with them it's no good worrying about that - just take prompt action as soon as they don't comply with the t&c. THAT applies to ALL cashback dealers!

I've got the same thing with Beepy, got an email on 8/12/10 saying because of a "technical fault" they only started issuing cheques again on Dec 2nd and as of today no cheque...
I'm just starting the letter before action today having emailed my intentions.
Dont suppose you've had any further news, Ally?
