hi - I ordered something but kept getting error message after I entered payment details so asked them to phone me - got left a message saying sorry but they had run out of stock on the kirby game gba(£1.99) it was discontinued and they wouldnt be getting anymore in so order was cancelled and no payment had been taken - checked with bank and they have taken payment of £3.48 - wondering if they have sent out game or not?? will be phoning them tomorrow to find out what is happening!!! - will keep this updated for ev1 if interested.

Hi - after a few (peeved off) emails with no hope of getting the cheap games, i checked my online bank account only to find they had deducted the money even though they don't have the games....

Will be making one angry phone call today..surely they should check the stock levels before deducting payment...

I certainly wont be ordering from this place again, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired too...

I definitely will NOT be ordering from them again - said it was a computer glitch that deducted the money from my account (greedy company maybe??lol). Refund should be in my account within 5 days!!

I've had an email saying the delivery time for my pro evo 5 game on PSP.

Assuming that means I'll get it.

They've debited my card too despite there being no Loco Roco to despatch.
I expected as much since it's happened to some of you, but still displeased.
I've sent them an email:

"Despite my order being cancelled due to your lack of stock, the amount has still been deducted against my Visa card.

I expect the amount of £9.99 to be refunded back to my card forthwith.

Your company should debit from a customer's card AFTER despatch of an item, not regardless of your stock levels. This is a simple rule of e-commerce."

I ordered a bunch of stuff and got an order number but I haven't had any details of delivery time yet. Does the stuff come by royal mail or a special courier?

Yup - and I've complained too about no realtime transaction details. Their response was "that's how it works, tough" or words to that effect.
I'm currently moving over to using Tesco card for my online shopping once I am sure they have more up to date data.

Back on thread I finally got to check my CC details and they have only charged me the original prices!
As for those people told they had no Locoroco in stock - ask them how come they are selling them now?

Done - although strictly speaking a search for that game redirects me from empire direct to the gameplay site.
