Thank you everyone; DH really is lovely, he can just be rather controlling sometimes - he has to be right on everything and it does my head in. He can be very sweet; I had a lovely lie-in, he took the kids down, did our breakfast, and has now gone out with DD. This afternoon we're going out to the park and the kids are taking their bikes. When I'm like I am right now he takes care of me - I'd forget to eat/shower/take care of myself generally :(.

I've emailed the woman who owns the baby signing franchise; I've asked her just to keep up the 2 courses I'm committed to doing in Jan (been paid for them) but put to contact me for details of other classes on the website - that way it's up to me if I want to do them or not. I don't expect to run any more but you never know. I'm not going out promoting the classes like I was but have an ad in a local newsletter which may help. We'll see.

Pigpen and Valli, thank you so much for sharing your personal experiences, it really touched me. DH is an excellent Dad, the kids love him to bits, it's just when I'm like this I feel trapped and like I need to run away.

Right, flying wise, done all dailies and about to run the vacuum around to pick up all the glitter still everywhere from doing the decs etc yesterday. I said to DH I've done more housework this week than I've done for week and that's down to you lot so many thanks :)

Plans reshuffled in here... Baby had emergency bath after vomitting her breakfast so she was soaked through to her waist.. through the sleeping bag, cardy, sleepsuit and vest.. I can handle anything.. except sick.. the one day OH isn't here..

Valli.. KH used to come 'meet' us when we went to the park.. in case I spoke to anyone.. and if it i already cooked rice, moreso takeaway rice.. bin it.. and I rarely say that.. but after I nearly killed myself with some last year.. bin it!!

Mumto2.. Children always love their mum & dad, even abused ones.. until they big enough to realise some things are not 'normal'... KH was ok with ours until they got more independant and wanted to do other stuff.. at about 10 I'd guess, though he has always had a non-relationship with the boys.

    Good morning all!
Well, this is where flylady-ing gets you! Since I joined you all a few months ago I've managed to get most of MIL and BIL's clutter cleared from the house. (had been hanging about for years!) The house now looks much lovlier! AND we've got rid of a load of shop gubbins, giving me a potential other room in the house, AND DD2 and DS2 have their separate bedrooms (We couldn't even get in to what is now DS2's room when I started, AND we're cracking on with the decorating. The plastering which has been waiting over three years to get done, is now being done, as a direct result of fly-lady ish persistance, and I am happy happy happy about it! Thank you so much for being my companions!

many thanks - I'd got as far as S ;)

well it IS takeaway rice (egg fried) cartoned, chilled and then frozen.
so no rush for an answer;)

Y'know, when a couple split up, even if they appear to have had, from the outside, a 'perfect' relationship I always tell myself (and anyone else who feels the need to comment IYSWIM) that 'no-one knows what goes on behind closed doors'. Some people put up with an amazing amount of negativity/carp until, finally, they snap. And it can be the littlest thing that makes them say 'right, that's it, this isn't good enough, I want out'.

    conquered is fine!

Anyone fancy joining me for a HHI? as in all that ironing I did this morning I didn't iron my shirt for Beavers as it was on the DR table so I've got to iron that and get ready to go out, including eating some lunch, in the next hour.
