Finally get credited having emailed them about why they don't appear to respond to tickets (just like Ebuyer). Well credit to them for now sorting this out, however a holiday I booked in on the 27th Jan wont be credited until March 31st when there sites claims 30days

  • I too have recently experienced problems with Greasy Palm. At first (last October) it seemed to work well, and I received my first cheque for £44.
Occasionally items were missed, but they rectified them pretty quickly.
However, I have now had 3 items outstanding since Christmas, and every time I contact them, they say they are taking it up with the suppliers - no results yet. Irritatingly, they have also twice closed the support tickets, without resolving the problem, and I have had to re open them.
Since Christmas, not one transaction has appeared automatically, despite the fact that I use ie6, do not have the wrong firewall, and run rebate checker. They just don't respond, when I ask them why my rebates are not therefore being added automatically.
I keep persisting out of principal, but as soon as these are resolved I will stop using them and move to Rpoints, or line my pocket, who seem much more efficient.

I have had the same experience recently. Any small amouts have been credited but I have 2 over 12.00 which "they cannot locate". I intend to keep pursueing this as a matter of principle. My next move is to report them to trading standards.

UPDATE: Still not getting rewards automatially credited to Greasy Palm account but have been paid on raising a support ticket. However, Greasy Palm have revamped their support web pages and there is now a special option for missing cashback which you fill in then nothing whatsoever happens. No confirmation email saying you have raised a ticket, no Greasy Palm person contacting you to say they have found the missing cashback. Looks like Greasy Palm are going the same way as other 'reward' sites I have used in the past. :(:(:( Maybe Greasy Palm should be removed from Martin's list of recommended sites at http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping

I agree - I gave up using GP a while ago after several missing payments. Its only once i started using Linemypocket that i realised what i was missing. £5 min payout, direct bank payment, MUCH quicker recording of payment, MUCH quicker payment, higher cashback, same day reply to emails..to name but a few.

Im suprised Linemypocket aren't on the recommended list, but i guess its cos they are a lot newer

I paid for a £450 Haven holiday end of Jan, and still aint been paid. I got told 4 weeks ago that I would be paid at the end of March. I have twice now asked them about being credit even though I have being correctly reffered.

"I can see your purchase with Haven Holidays which is still showing as pending in the retailers data but is due for validation on March 31st - when it will be passed to your account." Date received 24/02/05. They haven't replied to my email yesterday about this.
