Greasy Palm Cashback.....

I have only had one error from GreasyPalm (not getting the £5 for ntl: which I then got) and I have now amassed £172. The only bugbear is that it takes so long for it to be paid out, eg cashback on 1st February is not payable until 1st April

I too lately have to remind them about adding the rebates, but very annoyingly they paid me a cheque for £44 without me even requesting it.

I was like the above poster hoping to build a fair amount as you then have to wait to reach £25, they did not answer why they sent my cheque automatically

Well im going to try and chase it up once more and persist with the point that my firewall is turned off, personal and otherwise, and see where it goes from there. Feel abit gutted but i suppose i did get some cashback sent out to me minus 30

My first few transactions through Greasy Palm were credited to my account no problem but since Christmas (2004) no transactions (except one) have been automatically credited and I have to raise a support ticket for each one to get the credit added to my account (after the 30 day wait of course).

i too have never been credited for any purchases - am still at £2.85 or so , am just gonna give up.............

Are you sure you are going to the Greasypalm site first, logging on and then using their link to the sites you want to use?
I personally have had no problems with them.:)

Yes I made sure that I was logged into greasy palm as I clicked onto all the pacific links to open accounts, ect.

Well ive submitted one last help ticket and hopefully they can sort something out.
But I did also explain that I would not be going through greasy palm again to do any shopping, open accounts, ect, as I feel they are unreliable

Well it was fun while it lasted I did enjoy calculating my cashback, just didnt recieve half of it

Never mind, I have heard rp*its or linem*p*ck*t are fairly good, might have a look later and see what offers they have available.

I haven't been paid for several items, and yes I made sure the link worked. I use firefox which doesn't appear to work but I go into IE only for greasypalm.

Had a ticket open now for 9 days and it hasn't been answered.

I just made another purchase yesterday although its early days to be credited some item go back to early Jan and not been credited.

Nice to know if you open a new ticket your previous one (which hasnt been answered) gets put back. Now they tell me when I email them.

"Your tickets are in a queing system. Everytime you send us another message your ticket goes to the back of the line as a 'new response'"

Don`t mention them g*ts,I have cashback not credited since Oct,want me to send ref no`s,supposed to get 12.50 cashback for More Than CC,still waiting,they are checking it,but for how long 3 months?

They pulled the same stunt with Scottish Widows 12.50 cashback never saw it yet,5 months ago,I`m buying nowt through them again,better with rpoints
