if you look in the first post in the thread it explains how you enter the code, ignore the spaces in the code as they are there just to make it easier to enter, when you hit the last # the phone should say restriction off or restart

if it says code error do not retry the code above but come back and we will try another code (but I'm 99.9% sure that one is correct )

that looks like an USA imei number in which case this code will not work as it's locked to T-mobile USA
