Forgive me if I have sent this to the wrong place. I have read the Forums for some time but this is the first time I have needed to ask a question.

I have been given a Nokia 6230i by a friend who got an upgrade. It's locked to Orange and I'm on T Mobile. I have tried the unlock sites mentioned on MSE but they don't seem to cater to the 6230i. Can any one help please.

OK have tried 2 codes to no avail to unlock my 6111 from the Nokia free generator. Didn't make a note of the first one but the second one was:

#pw+336 866 557 450 473+7#

my IMEI number is 359364007588343
firware version 3.58

Am I better off taking it somewhere to get it unlocked or dare I try another code?
