Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in your phone. When it says phone restricted, press ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code, and input the code into the box on the screen.

Have been trying to unlock using codes from a couple of the linked sites. But do not no what I am doing wrong. I follow the instructions to input the code, but after typing in the # nothing happens - no messages at all. Plse advise?

Hi I am having great difficulty unlocking my nokia 6230i connected to orange. I have followed the instructions as per unlocking phones entering the 7th code, then 1st code and finally 5th code, as recommended but thisn has not worked. Attempting this a further time made this phone display 'phone restricted'.

I have another Nokia 6230i connected to orange and wish to unlock this one, the imei number is 358368001951465. can somebody please help?

click undo when it asks for a restriction code
