Have you tried another network in your phone, it may be unlocked already. What message comes up on the screen.

just tried another network card and it says phone restricted,,,,when i entered the codes it said phone restriction on

How many codes have you tried in this phone, and are you sure it's locked to Virgin.

only tried the two from here, and yes its locked to virgin, branded virgin and i bought new from a virgin store 6 months ago. It will only work with a virgin sim, but i have now a new phone and i want to give this my daughter who is on tesco but it won't work

I would like to unlock it to use up the remaining PAYG credit from another network.
