it can be unlocked if on 3 but not cheap

I need some help with the software to unlock a nokia 5100. What on earth is a GEN or boxserial???
My 5100 was previously on T mobile contract , and I'm going onto O2 PAYG. The IMEI is 351347207749029
The links posted at the start of this thread all ask for GEN/boxserial then list several options such as Griffin or V1 V2 or original etc.
I tried it using original, it came up with 5 options. I tried the 01 option as advised, but it failed. Any help apprieciated. I dont want 5 fails so get locked out.

When i type the code in it said "code error" if that helps.
