eta. just put my own o2 sim card in it, and it asks for restriction code is that the above code? i had initially entered it without a sim in it

I have a 6610i Nokia phone - It appears to be locked against my ORANGE sim but not Vodafone sim? When I tried any of the unlock codes I'm told "phone wasn't locked" Why isn't my Orange sim working in this case please?
Any ideas?

Its on T-mobile and number is 357968003937205

Be carefull with this one - Nolkia unlock v 3.1 is the calculator that I most often use but I recently had to have a Tesco 6230i cable unlocked as it was unable to unlock it.

Need some help..... got a Nokia 6111 that I am trying to unlock. Number is 359773001442614 and it is on tesco. Have no real idea what I am doing and I have entered two codes already (which were wrong) while the SIM I am trying to transfer to was in the phone. Is this correct.

Any help would be much appreciated.

some of the new 6111 wont unlock by known code settings so yours maybe one of these
also you only get 3 tries
my choice would be this
#pw+422 497 347 036 400+7#
you do need a non tesco sim in to enter the code

there may be more than 1 lock on it and only one has been unlocked, but you only get 5 tries and may have already used them so the other lock wont undo anyway
what is the message with the orange sim?
if still locked then it can be done by cable/hardware
