Sorry, “Cannot undo restriction” or “Not allowed” means your phone is now hardlocked, as you have used more than 5 codes and 3 on some models, so the only solution now, is by taking it to a professional unlocker for direct unlocking, as there is no software or cables to unlock your phone. You are able to still use it on it’s original network.

I have a Nokia 1100 on easymobile. I have been waiting since Nov 19th for an unlock code from easymobile and I am beginning to wonder if they ever will fulfill their promise to supply these codes.
