Are you sure it's locked to Tesco and have you tried others networks in your phone, it may be unlocked already.

There are no remote codes for your phone. Can be unlocked by test point though, contact a professional unlocker.

It confused me a little coz I'd put a foreign sim in and then it asked for the code, which didn't work.
Took the sim out and tried again - worked a treat. Many thanks.

Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in your phone. When it says phone restricted, press ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code, and input the code into the box on the screen.

I've been to the unlock website and found what I think is the right code for my Nokia 5140i, but when I type the code in, nothing happens. Am I doing anything wrong?
