£10/£60 one off payments for people on means tested benefits

Hi,
I have a couple of queries..
One is that, I'm currently on ESA - work related component (income based) and DLA middle rate care/low rate mobility.
My partner claims Carers Allowance for looking after me.
My first question is, I know I'll be entitled to the £10 christmas payment, my partner's carer's allowance is due to be paid in on Monday and they have paid him an extra £10.
Does that mean he'll get £10 and I'll get £10, or does the £10 he received cover us both?
Also, I've read a couple of articles on the internet recently about a £60 one off payment that is to be made between January and March, however I've only read information that points to it applying from 2009-2010.
I've not read anything about it applying in 2010-2011, does anybody know if it is still going or if it was scrapped as part of the government cuts or if it was just for last year..
If its still going then again, will my partner get a payment of £60 and I get a payment of £60 or will we get one payment of £60 that will cover us both?
I hope you can understand what I'm trying to ask, and any help would be much appreciated,
Thanks

You will get £10 Christmas bonus each. The £60 was a one-off payment and as far as I know, there are no plans to repeat it.0

my partner gets middle rate care dla, i get carers allowance and we get joint income support. My partner had a letter from DLA stating that he will be getting his £10 bonus before Tues 7th. Do i get a christmas bonus as well or do you just get one per couple?0
