Have had a lovely first week at new place(s) of work. My new colleagues all seem lovely and I don't feel like the general public want to kill me which is always a bonus.

    Excellent news!

OK. Now checking one I set up two years that "autoblogs"/runs on feeds.

    $375 that one.
Daily earnings $0.58. Probably about right.

Something's not right... they gave that one a PR-6 (exceedingly high/must be wrong). People kill to get links from PR-6 sites they're so valuable.

I just checked that manually, it's just a PR-2... which is impressive bearing in mind it's not a good site :)

Can we have a glossary for all these new terms please?

Re - w a r d s - now has f r a u d written all over - it specialises in collecting bank account numbers and then collecting a 20 quid a month subscriptions from its "members" - some people don't notice for months.
The "suckers" think they are signing up for the free trial of a credit rating monitoring service.

I just caught the peacocks from next door chasing our cockeral. Not surprising he's scared of them. The cats helped us round them off the cockeral (the cats adore the peacocks and the chickens). Now chickens and geese are in the farmyard and the peacocks are with a chicken who has a chick in the front garden. Birds galore!

Thanks for the kind words re new place of work everyone. I'm hoping it will really work out.

BTW, has anyone seen treliac or wageslave recently? I know tre in particular had a lot of things going on and just wanted to make sure both are ok.
Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Martin's 'free' Experian deal does the same.

    Glossary:
Autoblogs: Steals content legally, with a link back to the original - saves me ever having to write content.
Feeds: The method by which one can steal (legally or not) content.
PR: Page Rank - a mythical Google ranking that's given to every web page and website based on its importance; the algorithm looks at things like how old it is, who links to it, who it links to.... and 1000 other secret things.

I just watched The Devil Wears Prada for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't a high fashion remake of The Omen, after all.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

DH rather likes Anne Hathaway. ;)

So, went to village event, or rather towards village event. First there was a sign saying no dogs, so we had to take the dogs home :( Poor things. Then I had a sort of minor panic attack. :( Not serious hyperventilating or anything, but hot, panicky and almost tearful. Not sure what to do about this now. :(

DH left me in the car to suss it out (I suggested he stay without me and I'd pick him up later) and reckons it was a wise move not to go. More bouncey castles than the promised ''medieval'' element. We used to go to a wonderful annual medieval fair in Somerset which we adored. Wonderful to go somewhere where kids are excited by activties with no plugs or primary colours.

Grr, went up town today and parked up in the council car park behind the shops....come back to find a fine notice on the windscreen, the blooming ticket had fallen off my window while we were away.

So a one hour trip ended up costing £40.70 in parking fees.

Going to stick that begger on with glue and just to make sure, add some selotape too in future!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
