I want to click on everyone's links to see what they are but dh is watching tv while we take a break with a cuppa tea.

Even if you cry when you start this, stand up, jump extra high every time the word ''jump'' is said and bounce inbetween you'll be invigorated and laughing at the end. If like me, you can't always jump and bounce, but can get on your feet, do what you can.. Its a blood rushing thing rather than a musical one, but it always works for me.

edit: Schubert's The Trout. Its a happy piece of music but as a bub it was all that would send me to sleep. No it doesn't send me to sleep but it is good to refresh one in the middle of the day when you feel you can't get energy. I LOVE Gilbert and Sullivan. The only good thing about putting on weight is cheering myself up singing (or these days trying to sing ''Buttercup'' and sniggering.)

The same way you'd eat ice cream with a spoon, but a spud skin's a bit harder... so at the edge I put the edge of the spoon down to the skin and then make a "cutting" action with the edge of the spoon.

    :)

If only a simpler solution existed.....

Urgh, came in because rain threatened and now its cheered up while we have tea. Probably rain when we go back out.

Other big task looming: tidy and clean the areas that we're going to have builder's in to see and quote for Phase one on. Doozer, its easier to quote on an area if it looks clean and you can see the edges, right?

Pan is to get quotes lined up and see people so that when planning comes through we've made our decision and are ready to go. we're showing people the ful extent of the project too, so they know its not a one of job...there is more here for people we like/do a good job.

Ok, so now I feel inspired to cook, having sorted out what we are eating, but I want to bake a particular cake: where does one buy white chocolate liquor? will an offy out here have it??
