DD has decided she wants to watch Superscrimpers and has seen the first few episodes. Tonight she told me she had come up with a good idea for keeping warm. She suggests cutting old socks open to flatten them out, and then sewing them into a blanket. I hope she forgets about it soon, or I will have her presenting me with piles of outgrown socks ready cut open and pestering me to start sewing.
Oh, thats very cute Lydia.0 -
lir, the smurfs made the final. You'll have to watch Saturday now. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Graham Norton's doing eurovision final. Am I the only one who dislike his presenting? I find his voice grating.0 -

Get a cheap single sheet ready ... and some good craft glue/PVA/whatever. Then tell her how it's a great idea and they can be glued to a sheet rather than sewn together... then pass them back to her.DD has decided she wants to watch Superscrimpers and has seen the first few episodes. I prefered the drunk, cynical & condascending Irishman. (Although I'm obliged to somewhat dislike him too - for not waving payment for the children in need gig.)0 -
