From my back catalogue. It's a bit rubbish but not as offensive as some.
My favourite is still

I'm one of the oldest. Maybe the oldest female.0

LIR, I am just about to put the bratettes to bed and I will join you in that bottle of wine.
Apparently I got divorced today
It's very, very drinkable at the moment with a handful of ice in it (if it's white).
One of those bittersweet days. You know it's the right thing. I'd find the bottom of the bottle and treat yourself to a lie-in tomorrow, if that's allowed.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I have all this encouragement from you lot, I must find the time to read again, a couple of minutes with the economist just doesn't count. It is just hard to take time for oneself when one has others who depend on them.Simple answer is no.....afraid I have fallen rather behind on technological advances in recent years. If hubby was still here, we would probably have all the latest gadgets courtesy of his rather nice big bonuses (and a blooming working washing machine!) but we would also probably be moaning about the loss of child benefit as his salary was too high for it when we split, let alone what it would have been now.I think....0

Change your log in to Methuselah? PN, despite being ''one of the oldest'' as you put it, you are still young enough to be my sister and while no longer ''young'' I'm ''one of the youngest'' Nice people I think (but not debate thread users, obviously)

This is turning into that Two Ronnies sketch about class. Except it's about age and there's more people and subsequently more confusing.
I did 90 minutes of Yoga this evening. I managed the Crow Pose once. The second time I fell on my head. I treated myself to a nice salad and am now working my way through a slab of millionaires shortbread and the remnants of a bottle of Chardonnay. I am also the proud owner of 1 Kilo of Clotted Cream and a pot of Egg Mayo.I haven't eaten those. Yet.

A lovely friend looked after my kids while I was at work today (because my term has started and theirs hasn't yet) and then had us all for supper. I went to work, then delivered the hire car to the hire company (10min before final deadline) and went to the friend's place.
When we came out after supper I was surprised not to see my car parked outside her house. Then I remembered, it's not just not there, I actually haven't got one at all. The hire car had to go back today, and I don't pick up the C-max until tomorrow. It feels very odd.
The friend's husband gave my and my kids a lift home, and another friend is taking us to pick the new car up tomorrow, so it's not a problem, just feels strange. (I've mentioned before I have wonderful friends.)

Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -
Anyone else find it confusing having two posters with the same initials (LJ and LJ)?I think....0
