LydiaJ, just wanted to say what a phenomenal mum you are. The way that you've put that across to your children is so simple, so reassuring, its sublime. I'm not a mother, it is not something I've ever been interested in tbh, but the way that both you and Sue have brought up your kids under such challenging circumstances regularly leaves me gobsmacked. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Spent most of the day exploring beaches and coastlines.... my little feet are burning with the walking I've done. Eight beaches I think I packed in... that's what I can remember off the top of my head anyway.
Rain tomorrow, so I packed in a long day today - 12 hours of trudging/driving ... and walking up and down big cliffs.
Came home and sat on the edge of the bath to wash my feet.... everybody should have a bath.0 -

I can't just thank this and not add that emphatically I agree with this.0 -
Is it just me, or is the debate board a little strange, full of polarised personalities.
Not many kind words, plenty of sniping.
People are nice on this thread.0 -

People are nice on this thread.
Even the sniping people are probably not that unkind in RL.
It's like the way some people behave badly the minute the get behind the wheel of a car. Mainly posturing....and far less dangerous.;)0 -
Hm... Am wondering whether PasturesNew has checked her website stats today? The international roll out of Panda happened yesterday.“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”

I just log on to view the bottom line. Yesterday's wasn't too shabby, today it was £3 by 10amand £5.31 right now. So that's looking quite perky!

Just checked yesterday -v- one week before -v- same Tuesday last year ... hardly representative, but it's a snapshot:
Income down 4% compared last week; up 5% compared to last year
Page views down 10% compared to last week; up 50% compared to last year
Clicks down 10% compared to last week; up 60% compared to last year
CTR up by 0.03% compared to last week; down 10% compared to last year
CPC up by 1p compared to last week; down 15% compared to last year
RPM up 8% compared to last week; down 30% compared to last year
And that's why I don't check the stats really ... so many ways/things to compare and it can suck up your day.0
