It's about all right. My DW is suffering a bit & she doesn't get it as a rule. Must be the trees; the grass & most flowers have some way to go, surely?

Yes, mine is mostly tree pollen.

And some grasses. nose going, sneezing, scratching eyes.

And I still have to finish the front border, the back border and decide how to sort the greenhouse. And kill aphids that are blighting my tomatoes and everything. ugh

    *sorry* feeling sorry for myself

You have my sympathy for one - I don't think people who don't have it realise how huge an impact it has on people's lives - I know I didn't as I never had it until I was in my late 20s.
    I think....

Yes, but don't tell the others! :p This is a very 'heavy' board where people shout and call each other rude things, but we've got this little broom cupboard, where it's civilized, and they don't bother us in here. Its a bit like the wardrobe in the Narnia stories. :);)

    I love that description. :)
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

I think somebody over-emotional about buying a house just 'got short' with me in the buying/selling board.... so I gathered all my inner strength (not being one for confrontational moves) ... and pointed out my thanks count might indicate I do contribute constructive responses :)

Then I ran here to hide.

I'm still trying to work out where the drama is that she put in her thread title....I really really felt like saying "And you think that is a drama?"
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

PN you were right. She's quite stressed/highly strung with it all right now but you are right.

An aside from your own comment about thanks counts. I'm not obsessed with thanks counting, but it's nice if people can either use the button or acknowledge where I've tried to offer a hand so I know if I'm being useful... I'll admit that I won't offer anything further to someone if they don't acknowledge me in some form, especially if they ask a lot.

Hence I haven't posted on that particular thread, iyswim :o
