I always round my age up a year, I am not entirely sure why.
I looked at my MSE profile a few weeks ago and I had somehow managed to totally muck up my date of birth. It cheered me up, I felt AMAZINGLY well preserved. The pi key answer to Joan Collins and no surgery involved:cool:
Oh well, back to reality........
I am paying hunt-and-hide with court officers at the moment. My husband if trying to serve me with divorce papers and I am in total denial.
I hate the idea of being divorced, it seems such a mucky thing. Wageslave, divorcee.
And yet I detest the man I am quite happy to remain married to.
I need therapy. I am honestly beginning to worry meRetail is the only therapy that works0 -
Sounds like you are well sorted - I was forgetting what an emotional subject car accidents are for your family - do you still have your bro there this evening?
Our trampoline took me a couple of hours last year and luckily it is good to stay up year round although I need to remember to move it back to a shady spot for the summer (manual suggests it will deteriorate with strong sun).
I am having a miserable time, I seem to have become hyper-sensitive to pollen so am staying inside all the time with the windows closed and still sore eyes and streaming nose whilst it feels like everyone else is outside enjoying themselves. So it's all fine. My plan to use today to get my brother to help assemble the trampoline hasn't worked out, and the kids have missed out on the planned trip to the woods to build a den with their uncle, but otherwise there's nothing significant in the way of consequences. Oh, and I'm told that when I get my car back, it will have been cleaned inside as well as out - good luck to them dealing with the grime that accumulates under the kids' booster seats!!I think....0 -
Sorry to hear about the hayfever michaels. Have been enjoying the YouTube clips you've posted over on the other thread, so if you're stuck indoors you'll have to dig out a few more;).Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

On tonight's news, they'd sent out a film crew to a road over the main motorway, where the motorway ends and the holiday traffic then heads on down this way for 50-120 miles, depending which part they're going to .... they expected to say "look at all the caravans, it's the start of the Easter holidays; look at the traffic, the queues... oh my". But it just wasn't there, the roads/traffic looked perfectly normal for a Friday night - no tailbacks, no jams. On peak, peak weekends, people genuinely start queuing north of Bristol!! It can take 6 hours just to do the last 160 or so miles. Didn't look busy on the news cameras though tonight.0

Weirdly my sisters kids have bee n hols for a week already, most of the schools round here broke up today but my DDs have another week left. My parents were trying to persuade me to use that bit of road on the wedding weekend but I am not at all keen.PasturesNew wrote: »On tonight's news, they'd sent out a film crew to a road over the main motorway, where the motorway ends and the holiday traffic then heads on down this way for 50-120 miles, depending which part they're going to .... they expected to say "look at all the caravans, it's the start of the Easter holidays; look at the traffic, the queues... oh my". Here too, but same LA so not surprising. The local schoolkids here decided to celebrate the event by arranging a mass inter-school punch up on facebook, while expecting the police not to find out:rotfl:.
