Thanks for your thoughts, I have 143 100% mostly from buying.

I would guess the problem is the drum bearings just because it is very noisy on spin, it does work 100%. In the listing I choose used for the condition ('Used: An item that has been previously used. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or an item that has been returned to the seller after a period of use. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections') and in the description I stated in bold:'Note - this machine has gradually become louder and louder on the spin cycle and is now very loud.

So I haven't lied or tried to cover up the problem but I just feel the winning bid is way over for what would only be worth 70-100 if it didn't make the noise.

LIR I hope you have fun with your new children!

Is she growing? She looks bigger than in the last news article?

Why isn't the council providing the adaptions you need?

Good luck with the fund raising.

the council will 'supply' and install the vertical lift... but we have to build and pay for the extension to house the lift ! we also need to have a medical supply room, and a medical preparation room built into the extension.

yep, she is just growing like a normal 7yr old child :)

There is something very kafkaesque about the way bureaucracy works in this country - the best answer is to let this particular bit of the 'big society' help solve the problem so don't delay in letting us know where we can make our donations.

Your buyer is going to be upset. The best bet is to contact him/her and say that you don't think it's worth over £25 (or £10?), and that's all you'll take.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

I actually really enjoyed last night, but I was asked this morning if I'd sign up for next time and I said no....its just not financially worth while. It would be culturally worthwhile if I had kids who'd benefit or if I never met any one ''different'' though. The other families are all very different, lots of v. smart cars. One family took 8 children home, the teachers on the group are really worried about that, they (I think fairly) aren't convinced its good for there to be so many together and were worried what the conditions were like. One person told me they were taking four boys home and two were going to share a double bed, ''but there are two single duvets on it'' they protested at my eyebrows, which I was to late to stop from rising.

All in all, I think if I were a parent I'd be shocked if hard earned money went sending a kid on a holiday which at least 30% of is going to be being shipped around in a coach not actually doing anything (they are covering some ground, I'm amazed they house them here, its only near to one place they are visiting, and even then, there are lots of places nearer!) an the home they go to they are squeezed in like sardines for the extra money. They only way this would be viable financially would be to take a good few kids, but that doesn't mean you should. A few of the other people I spoke to had some french, many had none. I'm happy not to volunteer to my guests I can understand most of their conversation at this point. ;) Though, eavesdroppers never hear good of themselves. I don't think the game of sardines is something I really want to be associated with. This SHOULD be havng police and overcrowding checks: I do not think its right to ask children not related to each other in late teens (14-18) to share a bed in a strangers home.

It would be interesting if you could find the marketing material from the language school to see what sort of experience is being offered and at what cost.

When I was younger my mum used to take 4 - I think they did have to share a room (2 rooms, 4 students) but I think both rooms were en-suite and they also got to use the pool, tennis court,....so I don't think they did too badly - though on the other hand my mum's cooking does fall in to the 'interesting' category!

Hmm, have decided I don't much like study.......my brain is aching, my fingers hurt, my back hurts and I still have another 2000 ish words to go before I can press print and get it down to the post office.

Still, it will be worth it if I pass!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

I can't believe anyone would find that acceptable, they may as well take them back to the time in which my parents grew up and make them sleep under coats as well.

Like you I have eyebrows that I'm not always in control of lir. You can certainly see I'm botox free in that respect, can't control the blinking things. You should see what my left one did when I found the local problem male reading Diva magazine's guide to the best lesbian s e x.
