I thought this place had no notice requirements, can't you just move out immediately?
I'll use the time/space to sort out my stuff in storage as that needs moving in 28 days. So I'll get everything out of storage, sort through it all, document it, then put it into new storage.0 -
I haven't got any and don't think I am the only one on here who doesn't...
I've got O levels. You too michaels? Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I'm putting off going to bed. I'm not inspired to start Alan Bennet's Untold Stories and I'm not tired. I want more kiddy-fiction.0

That bl**dy book!!!! I have never, ever, received as many donations of the same book as I have that one. I'm running out of libraries to send copies to. I believe that it was the single most unwanted Christmas present book. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Maybe I'll feel able to say why once it's all behind me.
Is it wise to still take it? Is there anything else around instead?lostinrates wrote: »I signed up to day to host foreign students/teachers on tris to my nearest town.....presuming we have hot water working the first stay could be in April. It doesn't pay very well round here, less than half what I used to get in London YEARS ago and I'm trying to work out after taking meals, petrol (you have to drop off and collect) into account (Linen washing etc is no big extra deal for short stays once a month) its worth it. I'm not sure it is.I think it could be fun otherwise.
I haven't ever done it as never had the space but I know people who did and enjoyed it plus the extra £££ was handy. I am sure we had a few when I was a kid (but to my shame, I don't remember much about them as I ignored them..being 14/15/16)
My mother is taking in an 11 yr old Russian girl for a month this summer. They are all from Chechyna so some may suffer cancers etc later in life and she is involved with a charity who arrange trips over for them. They do meet ups during the day but she will be taking her on trips and stuff too.
Handily 2 of the grandkids are bi lingual Russian /English so brother will have to visit with them a lot as she speaks no english apparently.
Thanks for the book tip Doozer...just got a guesstimate for an extension and it was waaay OTT. We really need to knock down our 70's prefab stylee sunlounge *which must make me 'Lower working class'' re other funny thread*.
Work is still mental but I'm getting used to the mentall-ness now...so it feels more normal/mental than just meltdown mental.0 -

If it makes you feel better still NONE of them have been read. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? If there was anything else around I'd have taken that. It's price really. Everything's so expensive/a rip off. To get anything else I'll have to pay 50% more. But I guess I have to bite the bullet and just do it.
1-bed flats/places are small, dank, miserable and overpriced, so it's always tempting to go for something affordable instead. I chose badly in desperation; luckily, it's not on an AST.0
