you could make some sausage and stuffing pie ,
or mix it with some mince and make a meatloaf
stuff some chicken breast with it
or i sometimes make it up into little balls and put it in my toad in the hole0 -
I sometimes mix a bit with sausagemeat and make a giant sausage roll. Not very calorie saving, but the paxo soaks up any fat in the meat and stops the pastry going soggy.
You can always use it to flavour meatloaf, or add it to gravy for a chicken meal.

I used to dip a piece of pork fillet in flour and beaten egg and then coat it with the dry stuffing bung into the oven until cooked and crispy delicious.makes a slice of pork fillet very filling0

Hi rainbowsprite,
There are some good ideas on these threads, including a recipe for meatballs:
Left over stuffing mix
Tuna and Paxo
Pink0 -
for the meatloaf make up the stuffing mix add to the lamb mince add plenty of mint mix in an egg and put into a loaf tin and bake at gas 4 or 180 for roughly an hour .
there will be a lot of fat in the tin but just drain this off and slice .
the mint and the stuffing should disguse the taste of the lamb a bit ,0 -
I sprinkle stuffing mix over belly pork and cook it in the oven. Or (as others have said) add to mince when making burgers and meatloaf."Men are generally more careful of the breed(ing) of their horses and dogs than of their children" - William Penn 1644-1718
